Why do I see different point values on my computer vs. the Total Brain app on my phone?

If you have signed up under your company's plan, it may be that there was a trial period where you were logged in under a generic access code. Once the app was officially launched, you were provided with a specific method to access the app.

It is not unusual to forget to go back in to the mobile app, log out and log back in with the correct credentials. If you do this and the points still don't match, delete the app from your phone, download again, and login with the same username and password used when you login to your computer.
