I received an email to assess my brain health but the page doesn't load when I click the link.
There is a known issue with emails sent from Staying Sharp/AARP and if you use AOL Desktop Gold. AOL Desktop Gold has its own browser which uses "advanced security features" which prevent the email links from opening. If you copy the link and paste into another browser such as Chrome or Edge, you will be able to proceed.
