I'm trying to reset my password but it's greyed out.

This is a current bug that is being fixed.

Select the forgot password link, enter the email address for your Total Brain account, click on the link from the email. We are currently correcting the display on this landing page as it is only showing some of the required password parameters.

When selecting a new password, be sure to meet each of these requirements and then the Reset Password button will be active to complete the change.
